Documented engineering analysis for retrofits, retro-commissioning, equipment upgrades, and decarbonization projects. 8760-hour or bin-method modeling as appropriate, IPMVP-aligned baselines, equipment performance from manufacturer specifications and AHRI ratings.

You send drawings, equipment data, utility bills, and the proposed measures. You receive an Excel workbook with documented calculations and a measure-by-measure savings summary.

Utility Rebate Documentation

Submittal-ready application packages for custom utility incentive programs. Pre-implementation calculations, post-implementation M&V plans, engineering narratives, and program forms, all formatted to the specific requirements of the utility program in question. Includes up to two rounds of review-comment response with utility technical reviewers.

M&V Implementation & Reporting

IPMVP-compliant measurement and verification for performance contracts and guarantee periods. Selection of the appropriate IPMVP option (A, B, C, or D), baseline regression where applicable, monthly or quarterly reports aligned with ASHRAE Guideline 14 thresholds, weather normalization, and adjustments for non-routine events.

Structured as a one-time M&V plan setup plus an ongoing reporting retainer for the duration of the M&V period.

Engineering Project Development

Document-based engineering project definition for ESCOs and contractors developing energy projects. Identify viable measures, develop engineering-grade savings calculations, define the project scope, and produce the supporting narrative from drawings, equipment data, and utility bills.

On-Demand Engineering Support

Hourly engineering capacity for ESCOs and contractors that need analytical support during proposal development, due diligence, or project execution. No fixed scope. Specific tasks are agreed via email or shared documents on a per-request basis. Billed monthly.

Independent ESPC & IGA Review

Owner-side technical review of ESCO performance contract proposals. Independent assessment of baselines, savings methodology, M&V plan adequacy, and risk factors before contract commitment. Findings classified as Critical, Important, or Minor with specific recommendations.
