I’m Kirk May and I founded Energy Analysis Solutions LLC to give clients precise, independent energy engineering with no layers between you and the person doing the work. I help clients evaluate energy savings and decarbonization projects from analysis through solution design—work that also supports custom utility rebate applications when incentives are on the table.

I’m a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager with a mechanical engineering background, and the complex calculations behind these projects are what I enjoy most. That’s the work I built this practice around—particularly in central utility plants, chilled water and hot water systems, and HVAC across higher education, healthcare, government, commercial, and industrial facilities.

It’s also why I created the Energy Auditor Mobile app for iOS—a field tool built from real auditing experience for capturing site data, documenting equipment, and estimating flows from pump differential pressure when meters aren’t available or accurate. It started as a solution to my own problem and became something other engineers rely on too.
